It can be customized at Los Santos Customs, the LS Car Meet Mod Shop, or a Vehicle Workshop in one of your properties, such as the Auto Shop, and also at the Agency (Imani Tech).
Once acquired, you can request delivery of the GP1 from your Mechanic.
