Vice City Stories cheats are button sequences, and PSP and PS2 each get their own table.

PSP and PS2 differences
Vice City Stories came out on PSP in 2006 and on PS2 in 2007, and each version has its own table. Use the one for the console you play on.
In the tables on this page, cheats listed for both platforms use the same button sequence, apart from the shoulder buttons: the PSP table uses L and R where the PS2 table uses L1 and R1.
On this page, the multiplayer unlocks, pedestrians attack you and black cars in traffic appear only in the PSP table. Traffic steers clear of you, pedestrians follow you and the nearest pedestrian gets into your vehicle appear only in the PS2 table.
With perfect handling on, press L3 on PS2 or Down on PSP while driving to make the car jump.
How do you enter cheats in GTA Vice City Stories?
On PSP and PS2, enter the button sequence during gameplay. No menu is needed.
Are the PSP and PS2 cheats the same in Vice City Stories?
Mostly. In the tables on this page, cheats listed for both platforms use the same button sequence, with L and R on PSP where PS2 says L1 and R1. Some cheats appear in one table only, so use the table for your own platform.
Is there a tank cheat in Vice City Stories?
Yes. Both the PSP and PS2 tables list a cheat that spawns a Rhino tank.
Can you unlock multiplayer with a cheat in Vice City Stories?
The PSP table lists codes that unlock 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of multiplayer content. The PS2 table lists none.
Can you save after using cheats in Vice City Stories?
It is best not to. Some cheats cannot be turned off, so do not save after using cheats.
