Requires an Executive Office (be a CEO).

Ah, the salt breeze, the seamen on the dockside, the endless ranks of unmarked shipping containers bound for unregistered ports across the Far East. The romance of the ocean never dies.

Cargo warehouses have no upgrades. Source crates from the office SecuroServ terminal: $2,000 for 1 crate, $8,000 for 2 or $18,000 for 3 per run. Filling all 111 slots with 3-crate runs takes 37 runs ($666,000 in fees); each run is an active mission of roughly 5-10 minutes including the cooldown, so about 4-6 hours of grinding. Single-crate runs cut the fees to $222,000 at triple the runs, and warehouse staff can source 1-3 crates hands-free for $7,500 per 48-minute trip. Per-crate sale value rises with the amount sold at once, from $10,000 for a lone crate to $20,000 each for the full 111.

1-3 (a Tug, Cuban 800 or Titan roll is a single vehicle; land rolls use up to 3 Brickade trucks, 5 drops each)

Special cargo sales get a generous 30-minute window, so even a full 111-crate sale ($2,220,000) is usually solo-able; the risky roll is 3 Brickades with multiple drop-offs (up to 15 drops). The crates sold set the land-roll truck count: 9 or fewer always spawns a single vehicle, 10-29 spawns 2 Brickades and 30 or more spawns 3; sea and air rolls are always one Tug, Cuban 800 or Titan. Sell 9 crates or fewer to guarantee one vehicle. A High Demand bonus adds +2.5% per other player in the session, up to +50% in a full public lobby.

The sell phase of the crates sourced above - not extra income. Selling more crates at once pays more per crate, so partial sales trade value for safety.
