The Brickade 6x6 (Acid Lab) was added to GTA Online on December 13, 2022, in the LS Drug Wars update.
It can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for $1,450,000.
Completing Dax's six First Dose missions unlocks the Freakshop and delivers the Brickade 6x6 (Acid Lab) for free. The one-time Acid Lab Installation then costs $750,000 at Mutt's workbench, or is free for GTA+ members.
It is stored at the Freakshop alongside your Acid Lab.
It can be modified at the Vehicle Workshop where it is stored.
Once acquired, you can request delivery of the Brickade 6x6 (Acid Lab) from the Interaction Menu under Services.
The Acid Lab and its Equipment Upgrade
The Brickade 6x6 houses the Acid Lab, a mobile business you run from the truck to manufacture and sell Acid. It also comes with a complimentary Manchez Scout C delivery bike.

Unlock it by completing 10 Fooligan Jobs for Dax: phone Dax to request one (you get one of five random missions), with a 48-minute cooldown (one full in-game day) between jobs, so reaching ten takes roughly 8 to 9 hours.
After 10 completed jobs, buy it from Mutt at the Freakshop (Acid Lab Upgrades, then Acid Lab Equipment) for $250,000. It increases your production speed and the value of your product.
