The Trashmaster was added to GTA Online on September 17, 2013, at launch.
It is a prize vehicle in GTA Online: it can only be won from the Lucky Wheel at The Diamond Casino, either as the podium vehicle when it appears in the weekly rotation or as a rare mystery prize.
It is stored as a Pegasus vehicle and called in through the Pegasus service.
It can only be resprayed and cannot otherwise be modified.
Once acquired, you can request delivery of the Trashmaster from the Pegasus concierge.
