GTA Online Hidden Caches Map: All 100 Possible Locations
All 100 possible Hidden Cache locations in GTA Online, each card linking to its exact pin on our interactive map. Hidden Caches are daily collectibles that sit underwater around San Andreas, mostly on the ocean floor, and up to 10 of these spots are active each day. We do not track which 10 are active today, so treat the pins as the full list of places a cache can turn up.

How Hidden Caches work
Every Hidden Cache is underwater, so you will be diving or driving a submarine to reach them. The Sonar Station upgrade for the Kosatka blips the day's caches on your radar, and Rockstar also points to the sonar aboard the Avisa and the Toreador. Players report that an active sonar reveals every cache, regardless of how far away you are.
Players report that you can still pick up a cache without sonar, but that nothing else in the game shows where the day's caches are, so a sonar-equipped vehicle is the practical requirement. Players also report a beep near each cache as you close in.
Each cache pays GTA$ and RP. Rockstar has not published the amounts: players report 500 RP and GTA$10,000 per cache, while reports from launch week put the cash at GTA$7,500. Players report that each cache can be collected once per day and that the Interaction Menu tracks your progress under All Collectibles, Daily Collectibles, Hidden Caches.
The numbers 1 to 100 are our map pin numbers, not an in-game order or a route. Each card shows the GTA V zone the cache sits in: 79 of the 100 spots are offshore and read Pacific Ocean, and the rest sit near the coast or inland, including five in the Alamo Sea. Click through for the exact spot, or use the button above to open all 100 pins at once. If you want a fast way to clear the day's 10, our route guide is linked above.

When Hidden Caches appear
Hidden Caches are a permanent daily collectible. Each day a new set of up to 10 is drawn from the 100 possible locations on this page, whether or not you collected the previous day's caches. Once you have cleared a day's set, the next one arrives with the daily reset.
Rockstar added Hidden Caches with The Cayo Perico Heist update on December 15, 2020, and they have been part of the daily routine ever since.
Rockstar sometimes runs temporary bonuses for them: in November 2022, collecting 30 Hidden Caches earned a GTA$100,000 bonus. Those bonuses end with the event, and Rockstar has not announced a standing bonus for clearing all 10 in a day. The everyday rewards are:
- GTA$ and 500 RP per cache (players report GTA$10,000; launch reports said GTA$7,500)
Hidden Caches FAQ
How many Hidden Caches are there in GTA Online?
There are 100 possible locations, and up to 10 caches are active each day. Every possible spot is numbered on this page and pinned on our interactive map.
Which Hidden Caches are active today?
We do not track the daily set, so this page shows all 100 places a cache can appear. To see today's 10, use the Sonar Station on the Kosatka, or the sonar on the Avisa or Toreador, which blips them on your radar.
What do you get for collecting Hidden Caches?
GTA$ and RP for each cache. Rockstar has not published the figures; players report 500 RP and GTA$10,000 per cache, while launch-week reports said GTA$7,500. Bonuses for collecting a set number of caches, such as the GTA$100,000 offer in November 2022, have only run during events.
Do you need a submarine or sonar to find Hidden Caches?
In practice, yes. The caches are underwater, and the Kosatka Sonar Station (or the sonar on the Avisa or Toreador) is what reveals them. Players report you can collect one without sonar, but that nothing else in the game shows you where it is.
When do Hidden Caches reset?
Every day. A new set of up to 10 appears with the daily reset, drawn from the 100 locations on this page, and players report each cache can only be collected once per day.
Are Hidden Caches the same as Cayo Perico Treasure Chests or G's Cache?
No, all three are separate daily collectibles. Hidden Caches are underwater around San Andreas, Treasure Chests are on Cayo Perico, and G's Cache is Gerald's package that you search for in a marked area. Only the Hidden Caches appear on this page.
