The 15 For Sale signs in GTA 5 are spread across the north and west of Los Santos, seven in the Vinewood Hills.

For Sale Signs 1–15

  1. For Sale Sign 1: Richman On Ace Jones Drive at the northern edge of Richman, by a house at a road junction.
  2. For Sale Sign 2: Vinewood Hills At a small loop drive by a hillside house on the south side of the road.
  3. For Sale Sign 3: Richman Outside a mansion with pools on Sam Austin Drive, just west of the golf course.
  4. For Sale Sign 4: Del Perro On Cougar Avenue near the beach, a short walk from sign 5.
  5. For Sale Sign 5: Del Perro By an apartment building facing the beach on Playa Vista, close to sign 4.
  6. For Sale Sign 6: West Vinewood On the south side of Cox Way, by a house; the website places it in Eclipse.
  7. For Sale Sign 7: Vinewood Hills On the Marlowe Drive estate road in Lake Vinewood Estates, just above the lake.

How to find and destroy the signs

The signs are a Story Mode task for Trevor. In the mission Extra Commission, Josh Bernstein asks him to destroy every sign belonging to rival realtor Lenny Avery, and taking all 15 down unlocks Josh's next mission, Closing the Deal.

A sign counts once it is destroyed. A gun or an explosive works on every sign. Ramming with a vehicle only knocks some of them down, so keep a weapon ready even if you plan to drive through them.

Once Extra Commission starts, Josh texts Trevor a link to the Lenny Avery Realty website. Its map lists all 15 properties, and Get Directions on a listing sets a waypoint to it. The website's street names do not always match the real address, so trust the waypoint over the label.

The numbers on this page are our own. Signs 4 and 5 are about 130 m apart in Del Perro, and 12 and 13 sit close together in the Vinewood Hills, so take each pair in one trip. Sign 7, up in Lake Vinewood Estates, is the northernmost sign and sits well apart from the others, so fit it in while you are already in the hills.

When Extra Commission starts and what you get

Only Trevor can do this. Josh becomes available after Trevor's story mission Hang Ten: look for the ? outside a gated mansion on West Eclipse Boulevard in Rockford Hills, which starts Extra Commission, the first of Josh's missions.

The signs do not count toward 100% completion, and Josh pays no cash for them. Once the 15th sign is down, Josh texts Trevor to meet him at a motel.
