GTA San Andreas has 50 oysters, all underwater and spread across the whole state.

- Oyster 1: Red County Under the bridge northwest of the Palomino Creek safehouse.
- Oyster 2: Fisher's Lagoon At the end of the fishing jetty at Fisher's Lagoon.
- Oyster 3: Red County Under the wooden bridge across the river between Blueberry and Fern Ridge.
- Oyster 4: Red County Under the bridge south of the FleischBerg factory.
- Oyster 5: Flint County Under the road bridge north of the RS Haul trucking depot.
- Oyster 6: Los Santos Under the rail bridge northeast of the RS Haul trucking depot.
- Oyster 7: Los Santos Under the Flint Intersection bridge, below the mouth of the tunnel into Los Santos.
- Oyster 8: Flint County On a small beach south of the Flint Intersection trailer park.

How oysters work
Swim to the spot, dive and swim into the oyster to collect it. CJ can stay under longer as his lung capacity grows, so a little swimming first makes the deeper ones easier.
The numbers match the numbered pins on the interactive map, so you can open the set there and follow along spot by spot.
Rewards
Each oyster pays $100, and the 50th adds a $100,000 bonus. A full set also maxes out CJ's lung capacity and lets him date any girlfriend whatever his looks or stats.
All 50 oysters are required for 100% completion.
