How LS Tags work

LS Tags are a daily collectible: once you have a spray can, you tag corporate posters, and five of these 30 spots are active each day. We do not track which five are active today, so treat the pins as the full list of places a poster can turn up.

Before you can tag anything, you need a spray can. Pick one up and you unlock the ability to tag select posters for GTA$ and RP. You only need to do this once: the can stays in your inventory from then on. Players report 30 fixed spray-can pickup spots, a separate set from the posters. This page does not map the spray cans, only the 30 poster locations.

Each tag is a corporate poster or billboard that you spray over. Rockstar has not published the amounts, but players report GTA$15,000 per tag. Reports on RP differ: most put it at 500 RP per tag, while some say 250 RP. Players also report that the Interaction Menu tracks how many you have sprayed under Daily Collectibles.

Spray all five of the day's posters and you unlock The Street Artist Outfit: a black hoodie, a white tee and a mask of a monkey smoking a cigar. Players report a GTA$25,000 bonus for the full set on top of the per-tag cash, which makes GTA$100,000 for all five.

The numbers 1 to 30 are our map pin numbers, not an in-game order or a route. Each card shows the GTA V zone the poster sits in: 19 of the 30 are in and around Los Santos, from the airport and Cypress Flats to Vinewood Hills, and the rest are spread across the countryside, from Lago Zancudo and Sandy Shores up to Paleto Bay. When LS Tags appear

LS Tags are a daily collectible. A new set of five is drawn from the 30 possible locations on this page at each daily reset, so a spot can come up again on a later day. To unlock the outfit, you need to spray all five within the same day.

Rockstar added LS Tags on July 25, 2024, in the weekly update that also brought Pizza Deliveries and the Vapid Dominator FX.

Rockstar's own announcement only promises GTA$ and RP per tag, plus The Street Artist Outfit for spraying all five within a day. The rewards are:

  • Reported GTA$15,000 per tag, plus a GTA$25,000 bonus for all five in a day (GTA$100,000)
  • The Street Artist Outfit for spraying all five within a day
