Niko can buy new clothes at four shops around Liberty City: the Russian Shop in Hove Beach, Modo in North Holland and two Perseus stores in Algonquin.

- Clothes Shop 1: North Holland Modo, in North Holland about 105 m south-east of Frankfort High Station.
- Clothes Shop 2: Hove Beach The Russian clothes shop in Hove Beach, about 60 m north-north-east of the 69th Street Diner.
- Clothes Shop 3: Middle Park East Perseus in Middle Park East, about 130 m east of The Libertonian.
- Clothes Shop 4: The Exchange Perseus in The Exchange, about 120 m north-west of Castle Gardens Station.
How clothes shops work
The Russian Shop in Hove Beach is open from the start. Modo and Perseus open once Algonquin does.
