GTA 4 Random Character Locations
Random characters are strangers Niko meets around Liberty City, some of them more than once. There are 22 meetings with 14 characters.

- Brian Meech 1: Hove Beach First meeting with Brian, in Hove Beach about 50 m south of where Roman's missions start.
- Brian Meech 2: Hove Beach Second meeting with Brian, in Hove Beach about 40 m west-south-west of the Broker safehouse.
- Brian Meech 3: Downtown Third meeting with Brian, in Downtown about 35 m north-east of the Broker underground gun shop.
Real Badman (Teafore Maxwell-Davies)
- Real Badman (Teafore Maxwell-Davies) 1: East Island City Real Badman's only meeting, in East Island City just south of Dukes Boulevard Station.
Mel
- Mel 1: Hove Beach Mel's only meeting, in Hove Beach just south of the Hove Beach Police Station.

How random characters work
A blue person icon on the radar marks a random character nearby. Walk up to them to start the meeting. A character you meet again turns up in a new spot some in-game days later.
The numbers match the numbered pins on the interactive map, so you can open the set there and follow along spot by spot.
Rewards
Meeting every character unlocks the No More Strangers achievement.
Most of the 22 meetings count toward 100% completion. Jeff's second and third meetings, Ivan Bytchkov, Clarence Little and Cherise Glover never do. Meet Jeff the first time too, to be safe.
