How parked helicopters work
Get in and fly off. Each spot is marked with the helicopter you can expect there, a Maverick, an Annihilator, or either one. Taking an Annihilator from a police station or the airport brings a wanted level.
The numbers match the numbered pins on the interactive map, so you can open the set there and follow along spot by spot.
GTA 4 Helicopters FAQ
How do you get the Annihilator in GTA 4?
Take one from the East Holland or Lower Easton police station or the airport, and expect a wanted level. Or shoot all 200 flying rats, and one appears on the MeTV Building helipad in Star Junction.
Do helicopters count toward 100% completion?
No. They are a quick way around the city, not a collectible set.
